For the past thirty-five years, Julius & Lizca Bombet and Bombet, Cashio & Associates. have been active in the United States and abroad conducting professional investigations and research for attorneys, insurance companies, business and industry. The extensive experience gained by Julius Bombet and his associates has led to successful investigations in over 23,000 cases. Bombet, Cashio & Associates' staff of 15 licensed investigators is composed of professionals experienced in a wide array of investigations.

 

Julius Bombet, Certified Legal Investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner, was formerly with the Louisiana State Police and served as Chief Investigator for the Baton Rouge District Attorney's office for 5 years. He also has 9 years of experience as a staff investigator for a large law firm. He served as National Director of the National Association of Legal Investigators and served as a member of the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners, the state's investigative licensing authority. He was  Regional Director and Legislative Committee Vice-Chairman for the National Council Of Investigation and Security Services. Julius Bombet was presented with the Investigator of the Year Award in 1994 by the Louisiana Private Investigators Association and the Investigator of the Year Award in 1998 by the Global Investigators Network.  In 1999 at the Northeast Super Conference, he was awarded the first Julius Bombet Lifetime Achievement Award for service to the investigative profession.  He is the recipient of numerous other professional awards. Bombet and his staff have conducted investigations in thirty-four states as well as Greece, Turkey, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Trinidad, U.S. Virgin Islands, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Jamaica, Guam, Japan, Korea, Spain and Italy.

 

Thomas J. Cashio, Certified Legal Investigator and Notary Public, has over 18 years of experience in the field and specializes in background investigations, assets investigations, accident investigations, video surveillance, covert video installation and skip tracing. He is the past president of the Louisiana Private Investigators Association and the past Region IV Director of the National Association of Legal Investigators.

 

Tommy is also an instructor at Louisiana State University for the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners forty hour school and a frequent presenter at private investigator association seminars on "Skip Tracing" as well as other subjects.

 

Lynette Darbonne has been with Bombet, Cashio & Associates since 1989.  She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has been the Treasurer for the Louisiana  Private Investigators Association for the past 5 years.  She was the Editor of  "The LPIA Journal" a quarterly magazine published by the Louisiana Private Investigators Association and was LPIA's 2000 recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award.  Lynette is licensed in Louisiana and Georgia.
