In 2002, we saw an opportunity to offer direct investigative services in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Richard Bombet, Buddy's brother, had retired from Texas Instruments a couple of years earlier and expressed an interest in professional investigation. With Buddy as his mentor, Richard began to learn the profession, conducting surveillance, performing courthouse and other records research, conducting mortgage fraud investigations and serving process. He now has conducted hundreds of investigations and offers his services in professional investigations throughout the DFW Metroplex. In 1973, Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He then earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana) in 1976. Following that, he accepted employment with TI (Texas Instruments) in Houston for 7 years and finished his 25 year career with them in Dallas. While at TI, Richard began as a programmer/analyst in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Systems area, but quickly moved into Information Technology management, serving multiple facets of the Semiconductor Business. He managed both small and large projects at home and abroad. He traveled the world extensively for TI, spending time managing projects in Europe and the Asia Pacific Region. Richard's background gives him a strong grounding in business and technology and he possesses sharp analytical and people skills. His integrity is unquestionable. Richard is a licensed investigator in Texas and Louisiana and a Texas Certified Process Server. He is a member of TALI (Texas Association of Legal Investigators),TPSA (Texas Process Servers Association), NCISS (National Council of Investigation and Security Services, and LPIA (Louisiana Private Investigators Association), . He actively pursues education in professional investigations, attending classes and conferences to better his skill set. We will be happy to provide our clients and prospective clients with our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
